This plot is located just 800 m from the beautiful pebble beach of Cala Baladrar in Benissa. The plot has an area of 826 m2 and up to 200 m2 may be built. If a two-story villa is built there will be sea views from the second floor. The plot has water, electricity and sewerage. Moreover, the plot has a prime location, while walking you reach one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca and in 10 minutes by car you reach both the center of Moraira and that of Calpe and Benissa.
